We think yoga is a perfect complement to climbing because they involve many of the same skills: mental focus, breath control, balance, flexibility, grace, and strength. Our classes will aim to balance all of these aspects of yoga, and focus them in a way specifically tailored to climbers. Classes may also draw inspiration from other disciplines such as Pilates, ballet, and acrobatics.

Mondays: Vinyasa Level 2 from 7:00-8:00pm
Thursdays: Yin Yoga from 7:30-8:30pm

Mondays: Yin Yoga from 7:15-8:15pm
Wednesdays: Climber Power Flow from 7:30-8:30pm
Thursdays: Vinyasa from 8:30-9:30pm
