CIRCUIT TRAINING

This class is designed to challenge your general fitness.
During this 30 minute class, you will incorporate
cardio, antagonist muscle training, core, and other
exercises that will keep you well rounded and in
great physical shape!

TRAINING FOR CLIMBING

This class is designed to be a semi-personalized hour of climbing specific training.

Experienced trainer and USA competitive climbing coach, Drake, will tailor each class to the individual’s skill level and specific needs. Each class will be different and may vary from injury prevention to climbing specific strength training.
