The ROCK’n & JAM’n fitness class is designed to benefit climbers of all abilities, whether you’re looking to keep a good base level of overall fitness or trying to find that extra bit of training to get you through plateaus and on to harder grades.
The class is a 30-minute circuit-style workout focused on core strength, cardio, and additional exercises for antagonist muscle development to aid in injury prevention. All exercises can be scaled and modified to each individual participant’s needs and abilities.
Our overall goal is to try to keep climbers more well balanced, less injury-prone, and in overall good shape and fitness.
