Climb Denver's Backyard

  • American Alpine Club

On Saturday, June 24 Denver Mountain Guiding will be leading outdoor clinics along with RJ Staffers in Clear Creek Canyon. Clinic topics include transitioning to outdoor climbing for the first time, how to push your climbing to the next grade, a women’s specific clinic for the female crushers in our community, and more! Clinics will be followed by a free afterparty at the American Alpine Club with some lawn games, a BBQ, and beer. Space is limited, so sign up now!

After the clinic we will reconvene at the American Alpine Club for a BBQ and some lawn games (and beer)! If you are planning on staying for the BBQ, please register for that as well. While the BBQ is free, we ask that you bring a donation to help support the American Alpine Club's Live Your Dream Grant. The purpose of this grant is to support and promote unforgettable experiences for climbers—to dream big, to grow, and to inspire others.
