Climber Power Flow Yoga (RJ2)

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This is a fast paced class that will get your heart rate up and challenge your strength and stamina, and will target areas of the body most used for climbing. You’ll build strength in your core, shoulders, wrists and fingers, and will help to open up these areas of the body and to prevent and heal climbing injuries. Designed for all levels, there are always modifications and variations so that all levels of yogis can enjoy and challenge their practice.
